We booked via Galapagos Insiders 4 nights 5 days at Sacha Lodge. It was a special time. They organized flights from Quito to Coca, Sacha Lodge staff me us, gave an intro at their base and then onto the large long boat. It had a 90hp motor and could take 23-30 passengers. After 2 hours travel, disembark, walk 1km through the jungle on paths then canoe across the lake the lodge. Sacha Lodge deserves its high ratings and positive feedback. Guides were excellent, the program of jungle walks, canopy tours, canoe exploration gave us an appreciation of the Amazon jungle. There was a variety of options. We started at daylight to see birds and nature before it was too hot and then had late afternoon activity before dinner. And a couple on nighttime activities - a jungle walk and cayman spotting from the canoe. Food was excellent and it was easy to have too much. You don't rough it here, but you do need to be mobile. All the logistics worked well. Highly recommend Sacha Lodge, and Galapagos Insiders.

We had a great trip to Sacha Lodge and The Galapagos. Everything was organized well, food and staff were great and all the flights/ travel were stress free. Thank you, Alexandra, for helping to make our trip fabulous!

The boat was very very comfortable. The crew was exceptional, they were all very friendly and conscientious and the food was outstsanding - much better than I expected. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and personable and had a great sense of humor. The itinerary was pretty good but I was surprised that we saw so many tourists visiting the same sites as us at the same time. That was not my experience on my previous trip. Also, since we disembarked at 9:00 AM on the last day this really shouldn't be marketed as a 9 day cruise. Overall experience was very good.

This was a great and enjoyable tour. There’s nothing like standing on the northern and southern hemispheres at the same time.

We had an amazing time! The crew was fabulous, the food was delicious, the excursions were fun and informative! The experience far outweighed my hopes and expectations! DO IT!!
